Electricity - CEPM
- Required Documents - Copy of notarized contract, Buyer's ID, Security Depoist
- Time Frame - Normally 2 weeks (the electric company will require 2 - 3 visits to the location)
- Cost - Depends on the size of the property and the estimated consumption, but plan for about US$ 350 for a 2 br condo
- Commitment - variable
Cable - Silvercable
- Required Documents - Copy of notarized contract, Buyer's ID, Deposit (approx US$ 50)
- Time Frame - 2 weeks at least
- Contract commitment for 18 months
- Cost - US$ 50 deposit for each service. If you will only have Cable then the deposit if US$ 50, but if you will have Cable + Internet then the Deposit is US$ 100
- Cable RD$ 750 per month per TV
- Internet prices /mo according to speed
- RD$ 1,157 for 1 mb
- RD$ 1,677 for 3 mb
- RD$ 2,977 for 5 mb
- RD$ 3,627 for 6 mb
- Contract commitment for 18 months
