My name is Johanna Frischbutter. My hometown is St. Lambert; a suburban city located on the south shore of the island of Montreal, Canada. It was a wonderful place to grow up, with its beautiful homes shaded under century old trees and its numerous parks. I also enjoyed sharing my time between different family properties, one on the lake, the beach house in Maine and the condo under the hot Miami sun. I believe that the different characteristics of these homes, each with a distinct atmosphere and personality as well as different landscapes have awakened my fascination for architecture and love for decoration. It is not surprising that after my studies, always looking for an opportunity to travel and discover new cultures I worked at Club Med as G.O. A fun and seductive job, in the early 80s. After this unforgettable experience I worked for Air France for several years and thereafter as part of the crew on the MV Oceanus I crossed the Atlantic from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean. I most enjoyed the Dominican Republic, located in the Greater Antilles, with its white sand beaches, incredible landscapes and friendly people so I made this island my home.  That was already more than 23 years ago! I met Cheryl who invited me to be part of her team, now Keller Williams.  I enjoy the best job ever!!! I get up every morning and look forward in meeting people from different nationalities and languages and show them all the great properties Punta Cana has to offer.

Je crois que les différentes caractéristiques de ces maisons, chacune avec une atmosphère et personnalité distincte ainsi que les différents paysages ont réveillés ma fascination pour l'architecture et amour pour la décoration. Ce n'est pas surprenant qu’après mes études, cherchant toujours une occasion pour voyager et découvrir de nouvelles cultures j’ai travaillé au Club Méditerranée comme G.O. Un travail amusant et séduisant, au début des années 80. Apres cette expérience inoubliable j’ai travaillé chez Air France pendant plusieurs années et part ensuite faisant partie de l'équipage du MV Oceanus j’ai croisé l’Atlantique depuis les Iles Canaris sur les Caraïbes. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la République Dominicaine entre autre, située dans les Antilles Majeures, avec ses plages de sable blanc, ses paysages incroyables et ses gens accueillant et j’y suis établie il y a déjà plus de 23 ans ! Cheryl m'a invité comme associée dans son agence Immobilière Keller Williams et étant le seul agent de langue Française dans la région il me fait grand plaisir de trouver la résidence parfaite pour mes amis francophones, villa, maison, condo et terrains, nous avons la demeure parfaite pour tous les gouts et budget. In January 2016, I was traveling between the Punta Cana Airport and a resort when I observed a large billboard with a picture of Cheryl. I contacted Cheryl and informed her about my desire to purchase investment property in Punta Cana. In February, Cheryl made arrangements for Johanna to show me several properties.
