Please find below the requirements for financing and a mortgage loan with Banco López de Haro:

·Basic Information Form “Conozca su Cliente - Físico” (find attached below)

·Copy of Passport (main page and last stamp of entry to the Dominican Republic)

·Copy of ID from country of origin (Driver’s Licence)

·Letter from Employer (indicating current position, time with the company, and salary)

·Account Statements from the last 3 months

·Bank Reference Letter

·Income Tax from the last 2 years

·W9 Form

From the property:

·Recent appraisal by an appraiser authorized by the bank

·Copy of Deed or Property Title (both sides)

·Certificación del IPI (tax history that the lawyer can solicit)

·Insurance Policy (can be facilitated via your REMAX Tropical representative)

>Banco Lopez de Haro will finance between a 50-70% of the appraisal value, for a maximum period of 20 years, with interest and principal monthly payments. As for the interest rate, they are currently offering competive rates starting at 6.95% in US Dollars (subject to change without notice, but not after loan documents are signed unless otherwise stated).
